Don't go to Prague on a stag do, go with your significant other because it's very pretty and romantic.

I've been a few times, it's not as cheap as it was years ago. If you stay in the tourist areas you'll be paying almost the same as UK prices for beers etc...food is a little cheaper though.
When the sun goes down you'll be hassled to death by the neon jacket brigade who will try to entice you into their lap dancing places...it's really intimidating and nasty and you will, if you're not careful, get ripped off once you get inside. If you drink branded beers like stella or Carlsberg they will charge you the earth so be Very, very careful, ask for a price list BEFORE you order anything or you'll be walking out broke! (i've seen some blokes marched to cashpoints by mafioso meatheads).
Best advice i can give is get off the beaten track...get out of the City centre and go where the locals go. it's less than half the price for everything, a much more relaxed atmosphere and just a whole lot better.
Prague has been ruined, in my opinion, by stag do's from England. There's a lot of resentment built up by the locals and they don't take too kindly to groups of drunken abusive brit's (which unfortunately make up most of the tourist trade from the UK)
If your stag's act like imbeciles and are abusive and rude in the boozers the chances of some of you getting a real good hiding by some Czech meatheads is very high indeed, so keep your nose clean and your eye's open, if you do this then it can be a top place to go. Just be nice.
