"Me" without question but I wouldn't stand a chance of winning, if I told the people what was really going on and what I wanted to do I would probably get elected and then assassinated for my plans to straighten out America! Just like President Kennedy. Not one of the canidates has the nerve to speak the truth, about reality.

Who can possibly can end the Iraq problem is themself. The world has known that Iraq does not have the weapon of mass destruction.
We are lead to the assumption of the US. What now that they are seeking?
The villain has been executed.
For as long as others interfere, Iraq will never have peace.
If US goes home...everyone will follow suit.

A republican, but getting out of Iraq is no easy thing. Clinton will likely not pull out like she says she will. If you are looking for a candidate who will pull us out immediately, pick Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich. Both would please you in that respect, but would be horrible presidents because both are refusing to consider the consequences of that action and both foolishly think Osama bin Laden can be talked to.

I would say the two candidates that have the best chance are Romney and Obama.

Neither has giant debt in politics, and seem to be intellectual on a number of levels.

Former Senator Mike Gravel. Look him up. Hes not your typical politician. He cares about whats happening, hes honest, and hes got more than enough experience actually accomplishing things! (If youre old enough you may remember his 5 month filibuster in '71 that effectively ended the Draft)

He will get us out of Iraq immediately and he will abolish the IRS and the Federal Income tax, and replace it with the Fair Tax. (www.FairTax.org)

You can read about Sen. Gravel's positions at his website;

The U.S will always be in Iraq. We are still in Germany and Japan. As far as ending "conflict" that won't happen as long as there are different religious beliefs looking for dominance.
