polychlorinated flouracarbons in the aerosol spraycans we use causes it to breakup so the stopage of their use is the sollution.

It is doing fine without your help. The ozone layer is very high at the very edge of space. The layer is created when the solar winds collide with the earth's magnetic field. It is far to high for any thing short of hydrogen to get there. The CFC are much to heavy to get there.
