I was a courtesy clerk, I started at Christmas, it was very busy and fun, helping all the people with problems. Also the nicer I was to them the sweeter they were to me. I enjoyed the job and was sorry to leave, when I got a full time job that summer.

I think it is. If you make just ONE customer happy, you get a tag that demonstrates that, but if you accidentally use profanity in front of a customer and they report it, you get probation and yelled at by management. All of the good, quality service you provided is then forgotten and isn't important or valued anymore, if it ever was. Plus, you do more work than the women's. All for $7.30 an hour.
