Dear Brett,

We know you envy the way John Elway went out on top with two Super Bowl wins. Though you've been our rival, we've always secretly loved you and wished we had a leader like you on our team. We would give you the love, the rings and the records that will cement your place as THE all-time. Green Bay can't give you crap. No other NFL franchise can give you what we can. I know you wanted to be a Packer all your life but, c'mon, wake up and smell the coffee, the Packers ARE rebuilding. Chicago, along with Green Bay, is one of the greatest franchises ever, but we've NEVER had a quarterback anything like you. This is your destiny Brett, the only place fit for you to finish your career.
- Bears Nation

Dear Hallas Hall,
Do whatever you have to do to get Favre here. We've got a window. It won't be open forever. Give up draft picks, give up Briggs, whatever you need to. Rex can wait. Rex will be ready after Favre delivers us two Superbowls.

This would have to be the trade:

Bears get:
Brett Favre
2008 2nd Rd pick

Packers get:
Rex Grossman
Adrian Peterson
Lance Briggs
2008 1st Rd pick
2008 3rd Rd pick

It could happen.

Brett will not get traded by Green Bay Packers. He is the face of the Packers Franchise. Without Brett Packers will lose a lot of games. And plus, from the Marketing point,
Packers will lose a lot of money. And Green Bay would never trade to a division rival.

If you think Green Bay would EVER trade Brett Favre to a division rival, you must be on some very good drugs.

If Jim McMahon can be a Packer (and win a Super Bowl ring) then perhaps Mr. Favre could be a Bear. Stranger things have happened...

What makes the terrific experience is that the Packers not launch Brett Favre. they shop him then commerce him to a different team. Chicago genuinely does not be a kind of communities in view that they're interior an identical branch. ideally, you will have to commerce him to an AFC team so he's not even interior an identical convention. this would preclude him from preserving your team from making the play-offs or assisting decrease your team's seating interior the NFC play-offs.

Brett has nothing to prove. He is one of the best quaterbacks in nfl history. He won a ring with the packers, he should retire a packer.

if he did wanted to get traded whats the point hes washed up and old. I mean he maybe a good fit for a worst team in the league i mean its time for him to get out of green bay anyway there never gonna win anything with him anymore so time to bring in some fresh faces and take the old out.

there is not a chance in hell that the pack gives up Favre to a division foe. Every team in that division would be greatly improved by Favres' presence. Granted no one as much as the Bears.

He'd never get traded, let alone to a team that is in his own division, considered the Packer's biggest rival. Dream on.
