Adolf Hitler was both superstitious and a mystic.
Of his many groups, such as the SA, the SS, Hitler Youth, or the Gestapo, there also existed the "Thule Society".
The "Thule Society" was the Nazi Party's mystic organization which Hitler authorized.
Adolf Hitler, the nut, did routinely consult with a horoscope and other mystical indicators, but whether he used them as a basis for his military strategy is anyone's guess.

~Mostly he used dive-bombers, supremacy in the air, tanks, blitzkrieg tactics, superior forces (in both numbers and training), superior equipment, superior leadership and superior strategy. This all changed at Stalingrad, of course, when his generals were outmanned, outgunned and outfought by a superior army, superior weapons and a superior strategist (Stalin) and 10 million dead Soviet troops cost him the Third Reich and the war.
He did consult the stars, as have many other (most?) military and political leaders before and since, but he relied heavily on his generals and other advisers in planning war strategy - at least until Stalin kicked his butt and Rommel turned on him.

He did have an astrologer on staff, but it was probably not the only piece of information he relied upon...
