the fish is a freshwater tropical fish.It is musturd in color with lots of tiny black dots all on its body. It is very small in size(about 1.5 to 2 inches)..can anyone tell me what breed it could be??

How about this one? It's a green scat. If it is this one, it's a brackish water fish.

But like someone else said, there's a few different fish like that, could be a color morph of a platy or something as well. Picture would be the best way to ID it.

should look it up online or go to the pet store and ask them what you should be looking in type of breed your fish is or bring your fish with you
