I think you're refreshing. More people need to get mad that celebrities get more press time than real news; if that were the case, celebrity news would be back to a fifteen minute recap on the hour long nightly news instead of taking up the majority of it AND warranting its own "entertainment news" programs.
By the way, I just thought you should know that I totally thought you were asking for the movie "Anger Management" when I saw the Question title, and that's why I originally opened the link to the full details.

Ideally you would look into some professional help. If that's not an option I would look up some resources online about coping methods for anger so that you can learn some techniques for controlling your emotions when you feel things starting to slip out of control. Depending on your situation, you may have good reasons to be angry, so the idea is not necessarily to not be angry anymore, but to effectively manage your emotions. Hope that helps.

You may have anger issues, but I don't think you need anger management. Now if you get angry enough from any of the things you stated above, and take it out on a person, then you may need anger management. I've had to go to anger management classes on two separate occasions. I use to have a very volatile temper, but the classes did help me out.

I think you need to chill out a bit and not let things get to you so much. For some of the things you mentioned all you have to do is change the channel. I don't think you need anger management.

Naw.....just someone to talk to.... I had an aunt (she's my age) who had to take anger management. She was a very angry person..... she was 5ft nothing and about 112 lbs and someone you didn't want to upset..... She's doing better now... still has to count to 10 every once in a while but it's all good. Still wouldn't want to piss her off.

You are a perfectly reasonable individual. Don't worry, you should be the therapist instead of the one needing therapy.
