The best place is either on EBay, or a 2nd hand consignment store. Thrift stores have lots of old shoes. Or try searching for a consignment website that sells retro items. Try this site, for starters: http://www.retrovintagecollectibles.com/VintageShoes.html

There are lots of that here in the Philippines, at rock-bottom prices. I don't know if they're willing to ship international though. I suggest you try e-bay and quaint vintage shops, there must be a few within your area.
