Anything fresh. I got spoiled livin in Alaska. Now I'm stuck in the Midwest, where a good catfish seems to be the best option.

Gold fish... Especially when you put them on a george foreman grill. The taste, the texture, man it's amazing!

none actually..... i really don't like fish all that much, sometimes i will eat salmon though...... once in a blue moon, so its not that much, i know i should be though! its good for ya, i just don't like it too much
