I am sorry for your loss.

Don't believe the ones that say a flat "no." They don't have a clue. The ones that say "no evidence" are right, but the possibility still exists.

I was a fireman for a long time. Unfortunately, I saw a lot of people die. I can say that when a person dies, something tangible leaves their body. We revived a lot of "near death" people and none of them had lost that spark of life that I am talking about. When it is gone, you can't revive them. I believe that spark is the soul. I have no proof that it goes on without the body, but I BELIEVE it does. Sometimes, while we were working to revive the newly dead, I could feel a presence in the room. It was the same kind of feeling you get when you are being watched.

I hope it gets better soon.

We have no credible information on which to base an answer. The Bible clearly teaches that the spirit lives beyond the body, but it never gives any indication of knowledge of what's happening on earth. Science has no information whatsoever on the subject.

No, they cannot. There is absolutely no scientific evidence for any form of life after death. When you die your brain activity stops and with it the ability to see and hear.

I hope so and I hope not. I'd like to think my mom can see what I am doing with my life but at the same time I won't want her to see me intimate with my husband.
