Compromise. Sometimes it doesn't hurt you at all to participate, even if it's not the first and best thing on your mind. If you're a male and can't get an erection, maybe you can help your partner masturbate instead, or explore the use of toys. If you're female... well, same thing. Not all sex has to be full intercourse, experiment with other ways and means.

space it out over the day...not like 2 or 3 times in 1 sitting...but like 12 to 13 times over the day(if its on both of u r off on same day) and like 5 to 6 on days with conflicting work/school hours

I give it up. its always good whether i am initally in the mood or not. if i have a good reason like im sick or whatever i just turn my back on him and ignore him he gets the message.

It's a mates duty to satisfy their partner, even if that means giving it up more often then they need. If they don't' want to do that, then they should find someone new.
