I received a package of products from iqderma that I never ordered. We have been experiencing mail theft from our recycling three times in the past few weeks and this has been reported to our local authorities. I want to Know how they got my code name!!!! What do you suggest I do?my e-mail is smgcs59@yahoo.com

Here are the US Post Office's rules re: unordered merchandise:

Call the merchant & explain the situation. The merchant should make it possible for you to return the item(s) w/o having you pay for the postage.
A similar thing happened to me - I got a book I did not order & the company let me download a postage paid mailing label. All I had to do was take it to the post office.
