The Federalist Papers are the Place the Drafters of the Constitution Placed Specific directions and sources for future Knowledge. The Supreme court Has Gone to them Time after time in our History. Hamilton and the Boys crafted the System and ingrained it into the System. The Constitution Was Not the Place for it so It Does not reside there.

You will find it in OUR version of the Talimud ( Jewish Book of Laws) or Church doctrine, our Tafseer (Islamic Book of laws), CALLED THE FEDERALIST PAPERS.

and part of the basis for the constitution NOT a replacement as the talmud is not a replacement for the Torah ( not bad for a Catholic girl huh!)

Ummm... not really. The Federalist Papers were pieces penned by Hamilton and others to try to develop support for the concept of Federalism, or of having a strong central government. They didn't "place" specific instructions in them: they were editorial-style arguments in favor of Federalism.

They make good reading, but they aren't part of the Constitution.

So what you are saying is that we should just burn the constitution? because the only writings that count are the Federalist Papers? And, that the Federalist papers are the place where the Supreme Court goes to to make the decisions and not the Constitution?
If that is what you are saying, you are sadly misguided.
