Same reason a lot of small skinny white ones do, medium sized whatever color do... they're comfortable.
Perhaps you should try to be less racist, and less concerned with what others wear. You might accomplish something useful if you put your powers to good, not evil.

larger people in general wear clothes like that because they have elastic waistbands, and the material stops their thighs rubbing together. xxxx
