They need to be challenging but not TOO difficult. This will be played by 7th graders.

Thanks so much!!!

I'm putting something similar for my 5th graders. Each category has seven clues:

1) Things having to do with Texas
- The Alamo
- Armadillos
- Cactus
- Cows
- President Bush
- Cowboy hats/10 gallon hats
- The Dallas Cowboys

2) Things that have to do with moving
- Cardboard Boxes
- a U-Haul
- A "dolly"/hand truck
- bubble wrap
- a garage sale
- Oregon Trail
- pet carrier/pet taxi

3) Things to do in the summertime
- Go to the beach
- Ride a roller coaster
- play baseball
- run through a sprinkler
- drink lemonade
- go camping
- mow the grass

4) Things you see at the dentist's office
- drill
- magazines
- x-rays
- diploma
- a "white coat"/lab coat
- dental floss
- teeth

5) Things in "The Wizard of Oz"
- a Wicked Witch
- munchkins
- flying monkeys
- Toto
- ruby slippers
- the emerald city
- a tornado

6) Things you see at church
- a pipe organ
- babies
- a steeple
- fried chicken
- a necktie
- stained glass window
- basketball court

7) Things you see on the interstate
- a rest area
- a speed limit sign
- minivans
- gas stations
- 18 wheelers/ big rigs
- an overpass
- road construction

8) Things that have to do with "science"
- A Test Tube
- medicine
- space ship
- dinosaurs
- a thunderstorm
- a magnet
- the moon

We're a church group, hence the church category. Hope you have fun! I'm considering another group of "historical figures," like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, but I don' t know if I can come up with seven that they will all know.
