I'm not a lady, I'm a man. But yes I would keep Bambi and Thumper as pets if I had a big yard where they could be happy. I love animals and would love to have all kinds.

Actually, when I was young. We had both. We had a yearling that lost his mother start coming around and we named him Bambi. He let us pet him and everything. He would even run after us while we were sledding down the hill during the winter. We also had a pet jackrabbit we called Dirty Sam that came around a lot. Funny thing was, he even ate rabbit and didn't even know it! As far as his name goes, well, let's just say we called him that because he liked to try to get playful with the barn cats. It was quite funny.

Bambi was a boy but no...I wouldn't keep him...my father-in-laws a hunter...he would probably end up in our soup for supper if I kept him.
