You need to get at least a basic birth (natal) chart done to see if you are either Scorpio or Libra and if he is either Virgo or Libra. A cusp is the time during which the Sun is moving from one sign to another - that time changes every year. To see where the Sun was at the time of your birth, you need that chart.
