Take Advil and drink lots of water. That's what helps me!
When you get home, put a hot water bottle or heating pad on your tummy!

When you get a few minutes to yourself, sit on the floor with your legs crossed like in an Indian pose, with your knees and feet as close to your body as you can, slowly lean forward with your arms straight out in front of you. If you are flexible enough touch your nose to the floor. Remember to breathe deeply. This position will help create heat on your abdomen and ease the cramps. If you can also take an advil and drink lots of water.
