Wow..... there are some serious wack jobs answering this question. Crystal Meth? WOAH.... The best way to drop weight fast is a low carb diet..... Actually you should try for NO carbs. Yes it will be hard, but it works. Your body will automatically get rid of the fat you are eating first. Thus not storing bad carbs for future burning. However, like the previous person stated... this is a QUICK fix only. Once you eat a grain of bread your screwed!!

I have lost 15 pounds in 12 days before.

Along with carbs.... NO SUGAR. Sugar is hidden in every carb. Your best bet is to eat steak and chicken for the next week or two. Throw some melted cheese on there too. Have ALL FAT dressings on salads because fat free product have hidden sugars. Go onto google and type in "Atkins diet recipes" there will be a BUNCH of things to choose from.

Best of Luck

Congrats on the BIG DAY!

The fastest way I ever lost weight was a very low carb diet. I think I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I will warn you that this is really just a quick fix (unless you can stand to make this a way of life) even if you go so far as to eat a bowl of cereal it will be back on. Good luck and congrats.

Okay..you need to burn off more calories than you consume! Figure out how many calories you need for you height/weight/activity level. Stick to small meals throughout the day instead of filling up on only 3 meals. All this does is stretch out your stomach, which continues to make you hungry. Load up on fiber rich foods.....veggies, fruits. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Start carrying around water with you at all times...it forces you to drink it. Water flushes out the toxins in our bodies and gelps with digestion. Be very cautious of the liquids you are drinking. Soda, fruit juice, etc all have a lot of empty calories in them. Most importantly...do not deprive yourself! If you really want a cookie then have it! But limit yourself....have a half or one cookie, chew slowly and enjoy it. It's all about portion control. Just keep in mind how wonderful you want to look on your wedding day!
Also, to get faster results you need to exercise. Start getting busy....go for daily walks or whatever you like to do. Having a buddy to do it with you is a huge motivator!
I wish you great success!

Cut out all soda from your diet drink ice water only this helps boost your metabolism. No fast food not even McDonald salad they are still high in sugar. No fried food no sugary foods like cookies. Chicken Brest is good skinless and steamed veggies, salad with light dressing. Jockeys eat like this to remain small for horse riding.

Cut down on the fluids you drink so you lose any excess water weight you're carrying. Then just cut out some of your calories and do something to sweat.
