Completely true....Why?

2007-05-16 05:15:32 · answer #1 · answered by happy4u 6 · 2 1

It is very true. It would be so dumb to stage it. I think if it were staged, the media would have jumped on it. Think about it, it would be a bigger story than Watergate: Government spends billions on a moon program that never took place: Where did that money go?

The media would be all over that faster than anything. It is also dumb, because we have the resources to go to the moon we have the brains to go to the moon, plus it put the Russians in second place, so why stage it?!

i love when the idiots come out to answer this question.

We've been to the moon numerous times through the Apollo missions. The first being 11 and last being 17. The US is going back and the development of the spacecraft is underway, named Orion (a larger version of Apollo). First flight around 2013 and the aim is to land back on the moon by 2020 and eventually a manned mission to Mars.

All the arguments about the moon landings being faked have been debunked. An entertaining review of Fox's documentary on the alleged hoax is given below.

Naw, ain't none one not bin to mone. (...written in language that reflects the mentality of the air heads who just know the whole thing was staged..)

I could offer you tons of proof that Americans did land on the moon, but those proofs are based in good, sound, hard science and the flakes screaming about a conspiracy just don't have the knowledge to understand any of it.

Total con. Staged to win the race with the Russians and the Japenese who both knew that it couldn´t be acheived. The Russians got the upper hand with Sputnik and the first man in space.

The more documentaries I watch about it the more convinced I am that it did not happen.

This was the 1960´s, the sum of computing power that NASA had was probably less than that of the computer that I am writing this on.

In order to get from the moon you have to land with enough fuel to acheive this, safely. The landing mechanism was very primitive, far to primitive to take a chance when you´re going to the moon.

I could go on, but what really makes me laugh is that one of the astronauts claimed that on the way out of the spcae craft for the moonwalk that as his space suuiit was physically bigger that him, an error in judgement caused him to brush past a fuse on the space craft and break it. When they went to take off it was necessary that the fuse was in place. They solved it after discussion with NASA with a ball point pen.

The story couldn´t get much taller.

Why question it, look at mans achievements on Earth, do you query them? of course it happened, both the US and Russia have reached it but only the US missions were manned

I believe it was true. And for people who think the photos were staged- multiple shadows are possible from1 light source. Just get out your camera.
