what button do you press to revert the color to normal color from black and white

There is no black and white setting although it is possible to make a change in the ColorSync profile that could be pretty close to colorless. Open System Preference > Displays (older systems call it "Monitors"). Choose the Color tab. Select a different ColorSync profile or calibrate a custom one.

You can reverse all the color and tone data by pressing ctrl + alt(option) + command + 8. This switches all the green to red, all the black to white, all the white to black, etc. Press them again to get back to normal.
