are they going to approve my ssi the second time

If you are not over 62 than they shouldn't. I don't care what the reason. SSI was intended as a suppliment for retired people to help them live out their final years. Maybe one of the reasons there is less money for the seniors is because people who are not retiring seniors are being given SSI.

You will have to get an Attorney if you are goig to get it at all! They will deny you for the three years they have and then you will refile and with an Atorney you may get it depending on your circumstances!! Hope this helps. Have a great day{:-P
