I'm sorry to ask like this but I need some advice from other women that have big chests. I'm a 40 d and well my problem is this, when I go to bed at night I like to sleep on my stomache. But after awhile they will start to hurt and I will have to turn over. But when I turn over I start getting chest pains, like pains not in my breast but in my actual chest. Has any one out there experienced this problem. I dont know if I should go to the doctor or what. Please be nice when answering this is a serious question.

I have big breasts as well and I think that it's just the muscles being flattened when you lay on your stomach. It's nothing to worry about. You should try sleeping on your side or whatnot, but if the pain does persist, go to a doctor.

You shouldn't experience chest pain just because of sleeping on your stomach. I strongly suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible about your chest pain. Heart disease is a big problem in women( especially those of us with large breast), and we tend to dismiss the pain if it isn't crippling. Usually by the time women report their chest pain to their doctor, their heart disease has progressed too far. Please see your doctor soon.

well, before i had my son i was a 36 DD so i know how it feels, and i loved, and still love to sleep on my belly (even with the 38 E's im carrying) i notice alot of pain, and when i brought it up to my dr. she said it was because your muscles are use to holding up the weight and laying kind of down, when i got up, becuase they had been moved around alot during the night (because everyone twist and turns) that it caused akward pressure on the muscles, and nothing to worry about

it's probally from the weight of the breast pulling on your chest I have never experience it and it doesn't hurt when I lay on mine neither and I am a 38D. You might need to see a doctor about it.

I am bigger than you! I do not get sore breasts when I lay on them, nor do I get chest pain. I think you should get checked just to be safe. I'm sorry your experiencing this...boo-hoo
