The season three box set came out about 10 months after the season two box set, and if it's a similar wait for season four, it would be July of this year.
When it does come out, check bargainflix.com:

... for the prices at various online retailers. You will be able to find it for at least 1/3 off. (For example, Season 3 box set list price is $99.98... but -- including shipping -- it's $64.17 at DVD Pacific, $65.54 at overstock.com, and $67.09 at deepdiscountdvd.com)

I don't believe it's out yet but if it is, you can bet that Best Buy will have it. They're great for having it. It's the only place that had all 4 Inuyasha movies.

for the cheapest price go to a BIG Borders store so you don't have to wait or pay for shipping and handling when you buy online. any why i say big borders is because only they have dvds AND books.you can also get the movies and manga there.
