Positive pregnancy test? That would mean yes. The other symptoms could mean her period is getting ready to start.

Your wife needs to see a doctor, and I agree that if pregnancy is suspected, it wouldn't hurt to go out and get a home test. You don't need an expensive one to get results. I bought mine at the dollar store.
But she should see a doctor. If she is pregnant, then there could be a problem with the pregnancy. Several symptoms are abnormal/unhealthy, such as a 3 day headache, pain, and loads of discharge. Especially important is that you mentioned blood in the discharge. If she is pregnant, any bleeding should be checked out by a doctor as should any dramatic change in the type or amount of dischage.
If she isn't pregnant, there could be another underlying problem, especially since her pain is only one-sided. Get it checked out so you can both rest easier!

those are all pregnancy symptoms and also symptoms of PMS except for the pain, that sounds like appendix, I'd call a doctor out or go a&e if the pain gets worse!
i had appendisitus two years ago and the pain felt like i was constipated and worserned over night until in the morning i was in agony! don't leave it that late!

Could be, but those could also be symptoms of PMS, or just not feeling well.
I would suggest that she take a pregnancy test. If she hasn't even missed a period yet, I would say these are NOT pregnancy symptoms, and it would be too early.

Pregnancy test is the only sure way to tell. It could just be PMS though.

Does not sound right to me ... if you are unsure take your wife to your GP as her discharge should not have blood in it.
Good luck.

Buy her a test. This could also be an infection.
