It's not a fanclub, it's a Cult.
And they will follow this fool just like the Heavens Gate crowd followed Marshall Applewhite.
And the reason that all the 'conservatives' sound the same is because they want to pander to the same crowd that got the Dubya into office.

Bush has become a pariah to the Republican party. I doubt anyone who is running for any office will want to be associated with Bush. It would be political suicide. Ron Paul may be conservative but I don't see him so off that he is a libertarian. If one does get elected there may be some of the same but I like to think they would be much more willing to work with Congress than the current Administration has up until very recently. Actually I believe we will see a Democratic landslide at both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Bush has fee his social gathering their recognition. i do no longer evaluate his words as a results of fact the classic GOP we've had in the previous. enable's communicate huge government- the patriot act, attempt to restrict sodomy, loss of economic accountability, refers back to the form as "a splash bit paper". He nonetheless hasn't cut back the corporate taxes, cap gains, dividends, and openly admitted he's acquainted with no longer something of economics. What did he do? the Bush tax cuts? they are hardly something for the little adult men like myself and family contributors and maximum of my acquaintances. i do no longer evaluate theocracy and chickenhawks your genuine republican traits the two. McCain replaced right into a genuine Republican, and that i'm nonetheless disillusioned that he dropped out in 2000. Thank God he has the nomination- he's a genuine American and an truthful republican!

Ron Paul is not a conservative. It is clear you pay little attention to the various factions within the GOP and you could not define them with a green marker. I have been in the GOP for better than 20 years and I could list the factions in the opposing party but I won't bore you now.You could not tell me who the "Father of the Conservative Movement" was much less the name of the the Judicial think tank the creates the judges who believes in original intent. If that is so, why are so many Republicans beginning to criticize the president and vote against his policies and ideas? Also, why are most of the Republicans running for office now trying to distance themselves from him (his name was not even mentioned in the debate last night). Your speculation appears to be baseless.

Pre-election public opinion has a lot to do with political platforms. Wait until next year to see how many candidates from both parties will try to (ever so slyly) pander to polls while vying for the vote....it ain't over 'till it's over.

I don't think it's a fan club. However, current rhetoric is tricky to weave around. One false move and you join the 'traitor' club that anyone who opposes Bush has become a member of.
I think the Republican party is pretty doomed for the next election.

Its not that easy. It includes the fact that they are trying to be the opposite of the Pelosi clan. The group that used change as thier platform, and have changed nothing. They are really in the position that most Republicans knew they would be in. That is whether or not Iraq was right, you cant just leave. Its would be a disservice to the world at this point...
