Most large Companies are happy to recruit those with Legal qualifications into their Admin / HR / Payrol etc. Departments.

Try one of the major Banks ... given the current rate of bank charge repayments they could well do with their standard account 'Terms & Conditions' being vetted by competent legal staff :-)

Of cousre you could always become an Estate Agent (don't think they have much to do with sales :-) )

First, I'd advise you to speak to the Careers dept in your university. They will follow up previous years' leavers and should be able to give you a good overview of the kind of careers law graduates go into.
As Steve B says, many large companies value people with a legal background and the majority of students on law degree courses will not become lawyers. However, law graduates tend to be quite successful in the labour market.
You can also get a rough overview of the kinds of employment law graduates go into by accessing the Prospects web-site (www.prospects.ac.uk) - in particular check the 'What Do Graduates Do?' section under 'Careers Advice' (Law comes under the Social Science heading).
