Oh completely. Some are right, some are wrong, some are too subjective to say either way.

The reason people argue is for the purpose of reaching some final, conclusive or ideally a commonly agreeable point of view about a matter. If world is without argumentation then everyone could have their own different opinions about every single thing. An argument can be accepted as it stands as someone's point of view, but how would an argument unfold into its full length and capacity is the question. Therefore, yes!

There are many truths. In this case there is always a counter-argument. There are few absolutes. Math is an absolute. If you see a table with a tennis ball on the right side of the table and a tennis ball on the left side of the table there are two tennis balls on the table. There is no counter-argument to the number of tennis balls on the table unless you are dealing with quantum physics or string theory.

If counter argument is what i think, then all situations will have a counter argument. it isnt an argument unless someone else opposes what you are saying and that is a counter argument

I don't think so.

I say theres air around me.

I say that water is wet.

I would say yes if there are no factual answers then the argument will always be a matter of opinion.
For example what happens after death

I would say yes. Since is parent A said that child A threw a toy at Child B then Adult B will claim that Child A threw the first toy.

Anyone can argue with anything, but valid counter-arguements are rare, and often tainted with the aruguer's own misconceptions

you. If you could find a answer that every one would agree on
you would be rich.
