Hi
I know the worry here as recent studies have SUGGESTED that eating nuts during pregnancy increases the risk of your baby having a nut allergy.
This study has been ruled as bollocks (for want of a better word) by most of the medical world....so eat as much as you want and enjoy your pregnancy!!!

if you or your partner have allergies or asthma eg. then I would avoid eating nuts in any form. My partner has asthma and allergies and I have been advised by the midwife to avoid all nuts until after the beby is born, yet I have no allergies at all. I was advised to avoid nuts to prevent the baby from developing allergies whilst in the womb. Dreadful I know cause I crave nut products all the time, but in the long run its for the babies good. Good luck, Take care and Congratulations. xxx

Yes you can. Some stupid people think you shoud stay away from nuts during pregnancy, incase baby has a nut allergy. How stupid. It could have an allergy to anything you eat.

As long as you are not allergic to nuts and nut products, you will be fine. Enjoy the chocolate- it's my fave too!

Yes you can eat what ever you want. Of course you don't want to go over board with the junk food, but enjoy eating what ever your craving and drink plenty of water. Stay away from caffeine and no alcohol. Try not to eat to much sodium because you'll retain alot of water.

Eat what you want love - it bad enough being pregnant without stupid people telling you what you should and should not eat. I ate what I wanted no problems at all. My son is not picky either he eats eveything (no idea if it is connected)
