Try going somewhere where other humans gather, like a park, library, church, store, etc...
If you just need a "gurl to be with" and live in an urban or suburban area... you can often rent one by the hour.
A relationship,on the other hand, requires a bit more effort.

Go places that you enjoy, that way you can meet girls that like some of the same things as you. If you like to read go to a bookstore if you like to skate go to a skate park.
