Hi my tool bar under the "green start" marker (with my inbox and yahoo, etc) is stuck vertically on the right side of my monitor.

I don't know how I moved it there, It used to be on the bottom of my screen and I am trying to move it back. Can someone walk me through the steps to get it back? Thanks!

that has happened to me. What you need to do to bring it back, is to click on the tool bar, in an empty space, hold down the left click button, and then just move your cursor (the mouse) over to where you want the tool bar. It should flip right back in place. Good luck.

Right click in the bar and make sure that it isn't locked (you'll see a check next to Lock the Taskbar)

Click in an empty spot and drag it back to the bottom of the screen. Then right-click it again and lock it so it won't move again.

Just drag it back to where it was. Hold the mouse on an empty area of the bar, then move the pointer to the bottom of the screen and release the button.

If the previous answers don't work, you may need to unlock the toolbar by right-clicking on an emtpy space on the toolbar, then select unlock taskbar, or uncheck lock taskbar.
