Black on black crime isn't a problem with middle to high income blacks, only low income.
The common factor isn't skin color but economic status regardless of race.
Discovery's comment suggest whites do more killings than blacks which is true if you toss out the fact that blacks are a minority population. Considering blacks committed 6% or 500 less homicides than whites say alot considering the black population at about 30% of America. If blacks would stop killing whites their percentage would drop into the 30's.

When a black society have a problem, it is actually the upper black should dissolve the matter without prejudice. Am sure that person do represent the integrity of the black society at large.
Representation of a different community is responsible for the safety of all concerned.
Suppose if the white interfere than there would be a split personality.
Is a simple procedure to see if one family have a problem surely the head of the household is the person most suitable to calm and dissolve the situation.

Well, first, stop making all these hip hop stars your idols. and second this is a pretty racist question. How about western culture accept other cultures for the way they are and stop trying the melting pot theory. :) Education is a good thing also.
