If so, how are they the strongest?

I saw the video of him on Fox. I believe their law is 5 years mandatory for molesting a child. In some states, including where I live, is 25 years. So I guess Vermont liberals are using new math for their sentencing.

HAHAHA... That man is a freakin' loone!!! there is no way in the fiery Pitts of Hell that Vermont has the strongest laws against sexual predators.... Well not child predators, maybe predators that want to rape homosexuals or trans-genders... They seem to be right on top of those issues.

They're not. In fact, they almost appear as they they encourage sexual predators. Cross dressers have protection though. LOL

If you're a sexual predator or a cross dresser, Vermont is the place to go!

I am not from Vermont but did see that interview. The laws in Vermont are not as strong as they are here in Minnesota or in Iowa, North Dakota, or Wisconsin.

I am not familiar with the laws on sexual predators. I do know that we have among the lowest child abuse rates (per capita) in all 50 states. You could argue this is due to our laws, or our population.
