NOT ME! I lived in Denver and Colorado during much of his career. He was the most over rated cry baby around!
They finally had to give him his two super bowl wins because he just didn't have what it takes to go the distance...Look at how many times he got there and didn't win!
NOTE TO ED: You don't think that winners and losers aren't decided by those who own the teams? Come on get real...it all amounts to dollars....Personally I think the Denver Donkeys are a bunch of over paid nitwits as well as all pro sports....

Elway was a GREAT quarterback, he is awesome. I suppose people are mean to him because he lost the 3 Superbowls before he won the 2 B2B. They choose to forget Elway and Shanny beat up Dan Reeves when the Broncs won their 2nd SB, Elway lost the 3 with when Reeves was the HC of Denver. I have been around the country and generally the Broncs are a toned down version of the Cowboys. You either love/like them or you hate them. There aren't many in-betweeners out there. If Denver had a RB like TD and Shanahan leading them in the first 3 Superbowls with
Elway, he'd be the only QB with 5 wins and right there with Charles Haley as the only two to be on a winning SB team 5 times.
Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda, but it didn't happen that way.

Elway was the best QB in NFL history. This is coming from someone who can't stand the Broncos! But when you combine arm strength, accuracy, running ability, playmaking, clutch drives, 5 Super Bowl appearances with 2 wins, longevity, durability, leadership, the man had it all. You can have Marino -- I'd take Elway every day and twice on Sunday.

I'm a lifelong Chiefs fan and Kansas City Missouri statute 32.09 requires that I hate John Elway with every fiber of my being. He was a great QB, though, and will be the face of the Broncos franchise for a long, long time.

he was a good spokesperson for all of those Coors beer commercial after he retired.
He had a great career with Denver.
