My bedroom is the only room affected as other rooms on the same floor (second) are not affected. However, since I am extremely allergic to mold, I cannot sleep in my bedroom. At time the smell seems to come in through the windows, however if I close the windows at night because it is cold, the smell is just as strong in the morning. Any thoughts or suggestions???

Document this first.
Call the contract back.
Call your insurance company as well.
Call your Better Business Bureau or Construction oversight board in your town.
Call an attorney as well.
This can be a real issue and you need to protect your rights first.
Good luck

Call the company ASAP that reshingled your roof and have them inspect your attic or above crawlspace for leaks above your bedroom. You more than likely have a leak now that the roof has been resingled that hasn't come through your bedroom ceiling as of yet. Get it checked out immediately. If there is a leak, they have done shoddy work and should be liable and pay for a professional cleaner that will come in and rid the room of mold with special spray chemicals that are sprayed inside the attic/crawlspace and down the walls that might be affected.

Good Luck!

Mold is caused by damp.
Its unlikely that the work on your roof caused the damp so quickly.
Mold is caused by high humidity, readings over 70% - it takes time to get going.
Humidity is generally due to poor or non existent ventilation, mainly water vapour that we breath out that cannot excape from our homes. Open windows and good ventilation are the answer.
In the USA twelve states have endemic mold problems, due to poor design or badly fitted or maintained air ventilation systems and or air con. systems.
What has probably happened is that the roofers have disturbed some existing mold and the spores are blowing off. Probably being sucked into the room by the passing wind

Are you sure it is mold? The smell could be from the felt paper or the shingles themselves. It will dissipate in a short time.
