The Piutes are north of Las Vegas. have a nice ($$) golf course and building a hotel there.

The Haliupi are on the West rim of the Grand canyon - They have a new skywalk they are raping everyone for to see. But thats 3 hour drive or tour coach away.

Just past the turnoff to the west Rim, you will come to Peach Springs Az... that is their reservation... Looks like section 8 housing project...

There is a reservation north of LV off of interstate 1-15, but you won't see much. If you are really interested in seeing one that is more in keeping with your imagination you need to go to northern Arizona to the Navajo res. They are the largest American Indian population in the U.S. Many still dress in Native American attire and jewelery. Some still live in hogans. It's a beautiful area and worth an entire vacation. In the same area is Monument Valley, Marble Canyon, The Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell. Southwest of there, not to far is the Grand Canyon. One place in America that should not be missed. Have a wonderful time in L.V. and save the reservation for another trip when you have the time to spend there. You'll be glad you did!!!

THERE ARE SEVERAL IN THE AREA BUT

I RECOMMEND VISITING GRAND CANYON WEST;

THEY HAVE THE NEW SKYWALK WHICH IS AWESOME.

GRAND CANYON WEST IS LOCATED ON THE HUALAPAI TRIBE RESERVE. (121 MILES FROM VEGAS)

THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF TOURS. FROM $29 INCLUDING HELICOPTERS, HUMMERS, JEEPS, BOATS, STAGE COACHES, AND FOOD. AS WELL AS INDIAN GUIDES, VILLAGES, AND A OLD WEST VILLAGE.

------------------------------...

IF YOU CAN OR ARE DRIVING TO THE WEST-RIM

BOOK AND TRAVEL THRU THE HUALAPAI TRIBE, DIRECTLY
HERE IS THERE WEBSITE BELOW:

THEIR PACKAGES START AT $29
ADD $25 TO WALK THE SKYWALK

http://www.destinationgrandcanyon.com/in...

------------------------------...

IF YOU CAN' T DRIVE TO THE RESERVE
THEY WILL PICK YOU UP AND DROP YOU OFF AT YOUR HOTEL

BOOK THROUGH A REPUTABLE COMPANY:

HERES A FEW GOOD ONES

SCENIC AIRLINES
http://www.scenic.com/

MAVERICK AVIATION
http://www.maverickhelicopter.com/...

SUNDANCE TOURS
http://www.sundancehelicopters.com/...

PAPILLON TOURS
http://www.papillon.com

------------------------------...

REGARDLESS WHICH COMPANY YOU BOOK WITH,
THE ACTUAL TOURS INTO THE RESERVE GO THROUGH THE HUALAPAI TRIBE, ANYWAY.

SO IF YOU CAN, JUST CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MAN.

AND DRIVE THERE, ON THE WAY CHECK OUT HOOVER DAM.

DO UNDERSTAND THAT ALOT OF THE WEBSITES AND COMPANIES OUT THERE ARE THAT ARE STRICKLY BOOKING COMPANIES AND ARE NOT TOUR COMPANIES. JUST MIDDLEMEN, TAKING A CUT... AND COSTING YOU MORE.

NOW THIS IS WHERE YOU BUDGET AND PREFERENCE COME IN TO PLAY;

HOW LONG OF OF A TOUR DO YOU WANT? HOURS? DAYS?

DO YOU WANT TRAVEL BY BUSES, PLANES, HELICOPTERS, BOATS, RAFTS, ATVS, JEEPS OR HUMMERS? WHAT CLASS?

------------------------------...

ALSO CHECK THIS LINK FOR BOAT RENTALS AND FLOAT TOURS IN BLACK CANYON @ HOOVER DAM ON THE COLORADO. AWESOME

there are kiosk all along the strip with all the info you could possibly want, try there first.

you can also get great deals on last min shows at the kiosk approx 1 hour before show time usually half price or more if your schedule is flexible - and keep your schedule flexible also be ware of the free tickets to a great show just for touring a time share. its worth it if its a great show but be prepared for3-4- hours out of your day and high pressure sales.. if yu do want to do this, go thru the tour, and then be honest with yur salesman and tell them you are not buying and just want your free tickets. be considerate of their time as this is how they make a living.
