12 years ago. You need some kind of wind to fly a kite, unless you have a motor kite

Last November. We had a kite flying day at school.
Ours were made from newspapers. Just search for newspaper kites and you will find the info on the web.
They really work - and the kids had fun too!

I last flew a kite on holiday, so YOU have to wait for a huge gust of wind, buy a kite and stand in a field.

How funny that you ask this question! I was just thinking about that the other day! It has been years since I've flown a kite and I would like to do it again soon.
We should go together.

We live near the Ocean, and I took my Grandson to fly his kite for the first time, last Sunday. Great Ocean breeze.
