There really is no such thing as voices in your head. I think it's only your self-conscience. Talking to yourself doesn't make you insane either. People probably have a lot on their minds all at once and they're trying to base their train of thought on one thing only.

Someone will probably tell you. If you are just muttering to yourself while working, then that's normal.
If you hear voices and start answering, then someone is going to notice eventually.

if you are talking to yourself AND answering (and it's clear you are not WORKING) to entertain yourself, and it's somewhat about mentally disturbing things.....or you sound like htere are 2 voices/personalities going on and they are fighting........do you need a straight jacket? I have an extra one at the house!

Im always thinking dont have any voices un my head and when im trying to concentrate or whatever I dont talk to myself but instead just do it don't know how though. :?

I used to work in engineering and when working out problems or progamming the machines I often mumbled to myself usualy working out simple calculations and such.
