Wow, I'm so sorry that you're having such a bad time of it. Life does have it's ups and downs. I would examine who you have in your life, good, bad, or indifferent and see what impact each person is having on you, not necessarily to get rid of the ones that don't work, but also to see a part of yourself that you otherwise wouldn't have. Dreams can be great sources of our sub-conscience telling us what we need when we can't clearly see it during waking hours.
I've had a lot of ups and downs in my life but what I always try to keep in mind is that without the downs, you wouldn't appreciate the ups; and they do ineviably come after a down cycle. Be patient and use this time of clarity to change or accept where you are and who you have in your circle of friends.
