Frank Robinson did it.
Hammerin' Hank Aaron did it also.

Add these two to the list also:
Wes Covington
Jim Gilliam

Jim Gilliam did hit a HR in Yankee stadium but that was during the WS. Not sure if you still want to count that.

This is a great question.
I can only make some guesses.
Gil Hodges as he played for the Mets and Dodgers. Plus was in the World series agains the Yanks. Plus regular season games at the Polo Grounds.

Mickey Mantle played in the WS against the Brooklyn Dodgers - unsure if he played in Polo Grounds. At Shea could have been in the old Mayor's Trophy Game.

Duke Snyder also played on the Mets and Dodgers. And in reg season Polo grounds. Plus could have been in world series at Yankee Stadium.

I am looking forward to this answer.

Four players did it while playing in the regular season:

Hank Aaron
Frank Robinson
Wes Covington
Felix Mantilla

If you include homers hit in the World Series, then the list would also include:

Duke Snider
Jim Gilliam
Ed Bailey
Ken Boyer

And if you include All-Star games, then Willie Mays and Eddie Matthews could be added to the list, giving you ten in total.
