someone betrayed my trust and i find it very difficult to trust again.

You can still trust other people, the trust with the one who betrayed you will take time

you will in time. Honestly it all depends on how you guys were before the betrayal. I was betrayed by my girlfriend and it took me a year and a half to START to kinda trust her again. Dont rush things. give your self time to heal.

forgiving is easy forgetting is not- it will take time to get the trust back but you have to really want things to be the same, and the other person has to understand they've hurt you and must be patient with you. You can get trust back though- good luck!

It depends on the person who betrayed you and your relationship with that person.
Whatever the outcome, don't let your trust issues overrule your life or change the kind of person you are.

well beatiful, the beauty of that is you don't have to. I have no idea what transpired but I can guess this is a relationship.. usually if they do it once they will do it again, but just get sneakier. it is up to them to prove worthyness and up to you to accept it. If you are insecure about this person why bother. trust your gut intinct on most things in life. Move on to people you can trust. there's enough of them to go around

Its really hard to regain the trust back because if someone betrayes you thees no way you could ever trust them again because they must just do it again.

You can, but it's very, very difficult. That person is going to have to work extra hard to prove that you can trust him/her again.

For me I have had my daughter really misuse my trust and I still find it hard to get past it , but because she is my daughter I have learned over time to try to let the deceit go that she put me through , it is a tough one I hope you Find your answer:O)

It really depends on the seriousness of the situation. Sometimes it can be earned back, but sometimes it can't.Either way, it's difficult.

Once I loose trust in someone its GONE forever, I'm not one to really forgive and forget if it was something bad
