The impeachment of both should already have been past the conviction stage by now! The current leaders of the House and Senate should be both president and VP at this time! If they are not in such positions then this is proof positive that the present system is broken beyond all possibility of repair! That being the case then the only alternative is outright rebellion and widespread revolt!

You really don't have a clue what the constitution says, do you?
Even if Bush and Cheney were impeached,
It would not make the Speaker of the House the President.
Heres what would happen.
They impeach Bush,
Cheney becomes President,
Cheney nominates someone to be the new VP,
The Senate approves them.
They impeach Cheney,
The new VP becomes President,
The new president nominates someone to be VP,
The Senate approves the new VP.

Becuase they haven't broken any laws and only the most extreme in the whiny democratic party think it's even an option. Good luck with your little rebellion, though... I'm sure that will work out for you.

No, they are not in jail and will never be there. Try to chill out and accept the fact that you live in a country where you do not have to worry about terrorists beheading you in your front yard, thanks to the current administration.
