yes,she's great in my opinion,she can sing any song i think, and she's so young she has a fanstatic start to a great career. i hope she will win!!!!!

I do think she will take the top prize.
I desperately want to see Jordin and Melinda in the final two. Two badass chicks? That would be a kickass mini-concert next week! Unfortunately, I don't think that is how it will end up, and here's why:
I think the producers set Melinda up to fail last night. First off, the judges (and we all know they don't really do anything for themselves, so probably the producers here too) picked that Whitney Houston song for her to sing, and everyone knows (Simon has even said it on air THIS SEASON!) that you shouldn't try to out-Whitney Whitney. They should ban her catalogy from the show for that reason: no one can do it better, so any performance that tries seems like a failure no matter how strong the vocal actually is. They don't allow any Mariah Carey songs for a similar reason-- because they got sick of hearing horribly nasal renditions of "Hero," and I suspect, Sony didn't want to offer them the rights to the songs anyway.
Then the producers picked some oldie that none of the kids who actually vote for "American Idol" will know and therefore will be considered forgettable, even though I think Melinda rocked it. But yeah, repeating a song is not a good idea. There's a slim chance that performance will just bring up fond memories of the first one and people will vote for her because they remember how much they've loved her this whole time, but that's a long shot.
I think there's solid evidence here that the producers want Blake and Jordin in the final two. I may be joining the conspiracy theorists and say that yes, "American Idol" is totally rigged! The best singer in the competition haven't actually won the competition since season one and Kelly Clarkson!
And if it comes down to Jordin and Blake, she has it in the bag. She is a much more talented singer than him-- more range vocally and with stylistic choices. He's become kind of one-note with the warping pop tunes through beatboxing.

I think Jordin will be going home tonight. She will have a GREAT career ahead of her, but this will be her last week.
She did an OK job, but the judges didn't go crazy for her and all of her vocals/songs sounded too similar. Melinda and Blake stepped up their game last night and Jordin didn't.
I think Melinda is your next American Idol!

Dialidol.com can't make a prediction - the votes are too close. I have been predicting that Melinda won't make it to the finals, so I am going to stick with that. She is an amazing singer, but the younger crowd likes Jordin and Blake more.
I personally would like to see Melinda and Jordin in the finals. But I think Melinda is going home. :(
I hope all three of them have huge, awesome careers! :)

Jordin and Blake has always been my pick to be the 2 last standing. After last night I truly hope Jordin wins.

I hope not, but it will most likely be so. I don't think there was as much talent this year as previous years, and I also think Sanjaya staying in for as long as he did kind of ruined it this year.
My favorite is Blake, with Melinda right behind her. For some reason I just do not like Jordin, not that she can't sing because she can, but for some reason she just annoys me.
I know Melinda will most likely win, but if and when Blake puts out an album I will absolutely be there to buy it.

I certainly Hope so - her performance brought tears to my eyes last night.. I'm just so proud of her and her abilities, it's almost like watching my own child. I honestly believe she deserve to be the next American Idol. Good Luck Jordin !! She's got my vote!

Jordin may win based purely on popularity. She is so likeable and so young. That is pretty impressive. But, if America truly voted based on vocal ablility, Melinda should win. The judges have said countless times, that her vocals are in a legue of their own. I really hope she wins.

I think Blake is out tonite (thank God) and I'm so on the fence about Melinda and Jordin. On one hand, Melinda has been consistently flawless sonce the beginning and she attacks the stage everytime. BUT Jordin has a younger appeal and her voice is purely beautiful. I dont know!!! I wont be disappointed with either winning.

i vote for melinda doolittle she is the best singer left. although jordin is also very good for her age. i think blake should be the one voted off next. he is good at beat boxing but his vocals can't much the other two
