Since the question includes Italy I don't know how #1 or #3 can be answers since Mussolini seized power in 1922 and those two events occurred a decade later.
WWI is the best answer - Hitler's experiences in the war and hatred of the Treaty of Versailles were major parts of his movement. The economic depression that followed WWI in Italy also made it possible for the fascists to take over.

None.
I think the wall street crash and the ensuing world wide economic melt down in 1929 had much more influence over the rise of fascism than any of your list.
If I had to pick one of your list then the biggest influence would be WW1 closely followed by the Russian revolution. The Nuremberg rallies and the Spanish civil war both came after the rise of fascism

World War 1.. what my family told me, and since they were alive at that time made total sense. World War 1 had left Germany pretty much crushed and there was a lot of problems the government was not solving fast enough for the people. Hitler gave them new hope and helped them rebuild their country and of course the government and the army. In the beginning Hitler did a lot of good, unfortunately he went mad and started killing off anyone that protested against anything he wanted to do and then he started this aryan race idea and killing off one whole segment of society. And Italy was sucked in since they weren't doing so well financially and ended up getting in just as bad of trouble.

All of them plus:
Economic Depression, radical thinking, and a lack of belief in the system (at the time feudalism and corrupt pseudo democracy).
Sound familiar?
