What printer prints 12x12 pages?

I am just getting started into digital scrapbooking. I want to print 12x12 photopages. Quality needs to be high but price needs to be low. Can someone please help?!?

Printing 12x12 photopages will not be cheap. To do so on a standard color laser printer would require a printer like the Xerox 7760 starting @ $7700.00 CDN and the quality likely wont't be what you want.

Best bets for photo printing are dye sub or ink jet printers. Dye sub are expensive to buy and expensive to feed.

Ink Jet printers have a wide range of photo paper and inks available to them.

In my experience, the HP Designjet 130 is a good choice. It can print on a variety of media in sizes ranging from 3"x5.6" up to 24.6"x64". It employs a 6 ink cartridge system - C,M,Y,K,LC,LM and uses independent printheads. Over the long term, this system makes it more affordable to print than on printers that employ all in one cartridges. The print quality is very good, and you can do posters from roll paper as well. The base unit costs about $1899.00 CDN

A less expensive alternative wouldbe the HP DeskJet 2800. These start around $629.00 CDN, will print to 13"x19" media and are capable of very good quality output. They use a 4 ink system - CMYK. Probably a good entry level choice.

All the PRO Series printers of HP will print 12 X 12. U can get a cheaper printer on this type which is HP Photosmart Pro B8350 Photo Printer for $315.
