It depends on what I've been eating and drinking. At least 5-7 if I've had a lot of caffeine or water. Otherwise, probably about 3-4 times.

When my boys were young, I did the Dreft routine. And found it didn't work for us. After two children with reflux and all three of us have chemical sensitivity, I found Tide Free works best for us. I also wash everything in cold water in my front loader. For any dirty or spit upon clothes, soak in cold water overnight. Stain Stick also is good - I roll it on the stain, roll up the clothing article, and wash the next day. Best of luck and enjoy your baby!
