I'm going to London with my family for a few days on a stopover. We will have our luggage with us but want to store it. Last time I was there (3 months ago) I stored it at the airport but it was $50 a day. Does anyone know of a better, more economical way? BTW, we're a family with 3 younger children and staying in the city and don't want to transport our luggage with us, since we'll be flying out out after just three days there.

The Excess Baggage Company has left luggage facilities at all mainline stations. Cost is about £5 per item per 24 hours

sure there is. "Left bags's bags storage facility at London St Pancras is located on the main important station concourse and is open between 6am and 10pm Monday to Saturday and 7am until 10pm on Sundays." They cost in keeping with merchandise so in case you may in good shape each thing into one bag that is going to save your cash.. link to the enterprise website below.
