There is a rule for divisibility by 11: n is divisible by 11 if and
only if the sum of the digits in the odd numbered
places - the sum of the digits in the even numbered
places is a multiple of 11.
So let's apply this rule here:
Odd numbered places: 1+9+2+a = 12+a
Even numbered places: 0+5+1+b = 6+b
Difference: 6+a-b.
Since your number is divisible by 2 as well
as 11 it must be even.
So the answer is d). 06.

I'm not good at math but isn't your problem also stated,

The result of 109521 x a x b, is divisible by 22. That would mean a x b = 22. So the best whole number answer would be 11 and 2.

What you think?

dividing 109521 by 22 = 4978.227273 That doesn't look good. but then like I said I'mnot good at math.

d - 06 (10952106/22 = 497823)

Just divide the number by 22 and if it doesn't have a remainder you have your answer.
