usually if the person is right by me and talking to me after I've clearly ignored them i'll say something like... Oh your still talking or oh your stil here!! Or my favorite one that im known for is "did you really think I was listening to you". Or "does this face look like it cares"

Or else it's just plain ol GO AWAY
